HACKNEY WOMENS’ CENTRE: Looking at the past and imagining the future
- As part of a reflection on erased Queer spaces of London, I explored the history of the Hackney Woman Centre, designed by the Matrix Feminist Design Co-operative. Part of Unit I masters course at CSM.
- Inspired by Beatriz Gonzalez, I created furniture with found objects, and the women's centre’s history onto the objects through painting.
